Aiming towards exploring Machine Learning methodologies for classification, regression and detections of patterns in Datasets acquired from service industries to gain more insight. The service industry in consideration is the 911 help line service, whose fundamental operation is to extract requirement, triage the situation and allocate emergency resources to the customers in minimum time possible. As demand of such service increases with increasing population in a specific region or city, allocating resources appropriately is the primary concern and growing challenge. Similar model can be applied to Health Services.
Analysis of acquired data, application of some function in order to initiate processing, development and application of models, training and testing the model, fine tuning it with feedback or results are the basic foundation of Machine Learning which will be employed to the model and produce some findings in this paper.
